Send email directly
If the button does not open an email application, write to [email protected]. For a bug, the most useful report includes:
- the smallest sequence of steps that reproduces it;
- the browser and operating system you used;
- the visible error message or unexpected result; and
- whether the problem also occurs with a new blank VTT.
Protect sensitive subtitle content
The editor is browser-local, but an email is not. Replace confidential names and dialogue with a minimal synthetic example whenever possible. If a malformed block matters, paste only that block and a harmless WEBVTT header.
